Responsible for all company sales, finance, growth planning, lead, problem solving, hiring, IT, continually looking for ways to make our processes more efficient. As the owner and operator of AVID Logistics, Patrick also started Launch Group, a subdivision of AVID that handles all of the sales and liquidation needs of its question.
Responsible for creating a motivated working environment, creating processes that ensure efficiency and accuracy, implementing guidelines and strategies, working alongside the CEO and billing department to ensure the Company works within budget, ensure safety regulations are followed, create and oversee employee training program.
It is Jason’s duty to continually explore new ways to optimize processes in order to make sure that the company is operating as efficiently as possible. Jason just received his MBA at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and even with his busy schedule, he finds time to karaoke on the weekends.
AVID’s longest tenured team member, Frank is the most dependable person one can ask for. He leads the warehouse team and makes sure that all of the daily tasks get completed. Because he runs the warehouse show, Frank is most likely the first person you’d meet walking through our doors. He’s also such an AVID (no pun intended) Dodger fan, that he refuses to ever visit San Francisco.
From working for one of the world’s most impressive hotels, to selling amazing catamarans, and now fortunate to have her join the AVID machine. She is running the office show, managing our EDI program, phone and email support, to name just a few of her responsibilities. All while sneaking McDonald's fries to TuPac under her desk (our AVID dog that puts in full work weeks).
May Wang joined AVID Logistics, Inc. in 2020. She oversees all areas of finance and administration including: financial reporting, payroll, accounts payable, and receivables, cash management, general ledger, banking and reconciliations. In addition, she provides strategic analysis for senior management which helps drive company profitability. She also has been instrumental in developing company policies. She serves as the focal point for human resources management. She enjoys problem solving, providing insightful information and working as a team to grow the company.
Growing up on the East Coast and graduating from William Paterson University, Kevin has extensive experience in the LTL industry. He made the jump to the West Coast less than a year ago, and AVID was fortunate to land him. He leads some of our largest accounts, while making sure the warehouse is always well-prepped and organized.
A recently graduated Trojan that we're fortunate to have as part of the AVID team. Assisting in all aspects of the office and customer support, and many times running the office herself. She hit the ground running and hasn't let up. She'd choose a good murder mystery podcast over Stranger Things any day.
Tupac grew up in the sunny Gulfside of Florida and traveled all the way to the Westcoast and has taken on a very important role as AVID Ambassador. As he takes his job very seriously, from the time he steps his paws into the warehouse he is busy making sure all employees are happy with their day with lots of snuggles and licks. He also makes sure to greet all customers and loves giving them tours around the warehouse, alongside Patrick. He makes it a priority to not miss out on any offered pets or treats throughout his very busy days. It's a tough job, but somebody has to do it and Tupac believes he's the best fur employee at his job!
